I’ll be playing the after party during Jazz in Marciac in Marciac, and it is one of my favorite parts of the summer. Every night from July 20 through August 5, the music keeps going in a packed, late night room where anything can happen. Musicians drop in, sets turn into jam sessions, and the energy just keeps building. It is loose, electric, and completely alive, the kind of space where you feel the music in real time.
