Personal Training
Lee is a body positive physical trainer and sports coach with a Level 1 certification from the National Council for Accreditation of Coaching Education (NCACE) in lacrosse and related sports sciences. She began coaching at 18 years old, teaching a middle school lacrosse team based on her formal training and personal experience competing in soccer, lacrosse, track & field, tennis, golf, swimming, diving, and baseball. She graduated to coaching varsity and junior varsity teams, teaching 20-45 teenagers at a time to get moving, work together, develop technical skills, and have fun doing it. Lee now offers one-on-one physical conditioning programs in New York City, developing individualized plans for people of all levels, including those with disabilities. She has a passion for wellness and believes every person can increase their athletic abilities, no matter when or where they start.
